General continuing education is similar to adult education , at least in being intended for adult learners, especially those beyond traditional undergraduate college or university age. CE courses can fulfill education requirements for continued job training in many fields. Project Management Certificate Program (Noncredit) and professional development courses are non-credit-bearing and are not eligible for federal financial aid.
