Hamden Adult Education

The learning needs of adults are unique due to career demands, family commitments, and life experiences which affect how they learn. The Kentucky Office of Employment and Training estimates that by 2020, some form of postsecondary education will be required for 29 percent of all jobs and 62 percent of all jobs in Kentucky. Olympic Adult Education (OAE) was founded after identifying a need to address the deficiencies in literacy and basic education for the many educationally disadvantaged adults in the local community.
