The Secondary Education program is designed to serve those secondary school teachers who desire to remain classroom teachers. The Office of Special Education and Rehabilitative Services (OSERS) provides information on what federal educational aid is available and which federal laws provide educational rights. Students receive a Bachelor of Science or a Bachelor of Arts degree in their content area. The high school is two years of education called Matric which consists of classes 9th and 10th.
The direct authority of the U.S. Congress and the federal U.S. Department of Education is essentially limited to regulation and enforcement of federal constitutional rights.
